Terms and Conditions

Guarantee/Warranty
Danielle's CASE Company guarantees your satisfaction with any product purchased from us. All Deluxe TOTE Wheel Cases, Roto-Classic Cases, Roto-Rugged Cases, and Shipping Containers carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects with the exception of hardware. All Pelican Cases carry an unconditional lifetime guarantee of excellence. Pelican, directly, will guarantee the product for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. This Guarantee is void only if the Pelican case has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.

                
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your order after you receive it, return it within 30 days with delivery charges pre-paid, proof of purchase enclosed and in its original packaging, to our warehouse. There is a 10% re-stocking charge. Please call for the return-to address.

All returns must be authorized to ensure prompt handling and proper credit. Please contact us at 1-888-396-CASE [2273] to receive your return authorization number [RMA].

Payment and Open Account Eligibility
All payment must be in U.S. funds. For immediate processing of your order, Danielle's CASE Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You must provide a credit card account number which is issued in your name or which you are authorized to use. You may also call in your credit card order to 1-888-396-CASE [2273].

Mail in orders: Other payment options include check or money order. Send a copy of your printed order form along with check or money order to:

Orders are accepted on Open Account for customers having an acceptable credit rating. You authorize us to ask trade references to furnish us with employment and credit information, and you consent to our checking and reporting personal and/or business payment and credit history. We reserve the right to deny this option.

Charges related to your account
You agree to pay all fees and other charges incurred with your order including all applicable taxes. Payment of all Danielle's CASE Company charges is due 30 days after the date of your bill and must be made in U.S. currency. Time is of the essence for payment. Therefore, at our option, interest charges may be added to any past due amounts at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, prorated for each day payment is past due. Acceptance of late or partial payments [even if marked "Paid in Full" or with other restrictions] shall not waive any of our rights to collect the full amount of your Danielle's CASE Company charges. Notice of any disputes must be in writing and received by us within 30 days after you received your bill or you will waive any objection. You agree to reimburse us for reasonable attorney's fees and any other costs associated with collecting delinquent or dishonored payments.

Sales Tax
For those residing in Colorado, the following sales tax may apply:

  • RTD 0.8%
  • Littleton 3%
  • Jefferson County 0.5%

                 Freight 
                Terms
Orders are shipped using the most economical method available unless specified otherwise by you. Orders are shipped F.O.B. Tempe, Arizona, prepaid, billed to you at our cost, and listed separately on your invoice. Shipping options include
UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3 Day; Viking Freight or Roadway. We are unable to ship C.O.D. We do not inflate freight charges.

                
Damages/Shortages
Please report claims for concealed loss or damage to our Service Department immediately. Claims must be filled with the common carrier by the customer within 15 days of receipt of the shipment. All containers and packaging materials must be retained for inspection by the carrier.

You must begin any proceeding within one year after your claim arises. COLORADO LAW [EXCLUDING ITS CHOICE OF LAW RULES] WILL APPLY TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
